SALARY: $24.29/hr
SHIFT: Able and willing to work a rotating 12.25 hour schedule, 3 days on / 3 days off including day and night shift rotation every 8 weeks. Schedule rotation does include 2 weekends per month and some holidays

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high speed manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Perform quality, maintenance, and housekeeping checks and record in automated computer system programs.
Analyze & process data to make decisions on equipment maintenance and process improvement activities.
Adhere to plant safety and sanitation requirements; Complete assigned work safely and efficiently per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
Clearly communicate maintenance and quality activities using computer reporting systems.

JOB QUALIFICATION

High School Diploma or GED Certification
3+ years hands-on equipment mechanical / maintenance experience; preferably in a high speed manufacturing or packaging facility
Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting
Proficient with, and at least 3 years of experience in the use of precision measuring instruments (manual dial indicators & micrometers) required
Proficient in troubleshooting and replacing components of belt/pulley and chain/sprocket assemblies
Proficient experience with conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Voluntary overtime available, willing to work mandatory overtime as required
