Position : Program Manager
Job Description : Providing project management and technical support to National Technical Development Program (NTDP) under the guidance of the NTDP Project Management Office (PMO). The duties include:
Providing project management support to NTDP following standard practices, documentation, processes, policies, tools and other associated documentation.
Creating and maintaining PMO documentation following NTDP Project Management Guide including:
Charters
Schedules
Status Reports
Deliverables
Change Management
Risk Management
Managing multiple, concurrent assigned Technology and Development projects of considerable difficulty, i.e., containing combinations of unusual features, requiring significant departures from previous approaches to similar projects.
Evaluating project objectives, building project teams, project schedule management, project communication management and identifies most economical and efficient procedures for project deliverables.
Coordinating deliverables and project schedules with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) both internally and external to NTDP.
Coordinating with NTDP leadership, project management supervisors, and program managers to monitor key performance indicators and maintain reporting requirements that best serve NTDP and the sponsors/customers/stakeholders.
Coordinating communication across projects.
Optimizing the use of shared organizational resources across all projects.
Supporting NTDP PMO with development, implementation, and reporting on NTDP project management processes and procedures.
