Position : Project Coordinator/Administrator
Job Description : Role Specifics
Providing coordination and administration support to meet the needs of the Commercial Land Development group and their clients;
Develop working relationships with contract and agency standards and specifications as required in order to coordinate various permit, approval, and contract administration duties;
Responsible for organizing notes, file coordination, and management;
Assist in the preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, change orders, and contractor payment certificates;
Assist in developing and maintaining templates and filing protocols/procedures for land development and contract administration teams;
Assist the groups in completing project correspondence and project coordination duties;
Assist in the creation, implementation, execution, and maintenance of process documents and;
Other duties as assigned.
Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
The following qualifications, experience, and skills are required:
Excellent computer skills, including all Microsoft Office 365 products
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
An understanding of office dynamics and exceptional interpersonal skills
The ability to manage time to complete multiple tasks
A valid G driver’s license is required
Experience in the industry is preferred
