About the Role:
Do you have a passion for working on small teams with big goals? Do you love managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating executive calendars and travel, managing strategic projects, coordinating special events, and more? We are looking for a tech-savvy and resourceful professional, who can wear many hats and provide support on creative, administrative, and personal projects for the Founder/CEO. The perfect candidate will see themselves as the Founder’s secret weapon and business partner to achieve goals.
As the Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the executive’s day-to-day activities including schedule, travel arrangements, correspondence, messages, and communication with internal and external contacts. Completes numerous special projects at request.
What you’ll do:
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the Founders behalf.
Coordinate and manage personal and professional travel for the Founder; create detailed itineraries for each trip.
Serving as the executive support person for the Founder and his family
Scheduling appointments for the Founder and making sure interested parties are kept up-to-date. Including following up on specific matters and important overall deliverables.
Managing Founder’s email account and prioritizing actions according to current priorities.
Making sure the Founder has the material, resources, and tools necessary for each component of his day.
Setting up and maintaining processes that will keep you both organized, prompt, and productive

Coordinating the most incredible schedule you’ve ever seen and making every human you come in contact with feel important and valued
Exercise absolute confidentiality regarding corporate, HR, and legal matters
Schedule team meetings and other company events
Plan events and initiatives, including team retreats, training events, and annual celebrations, including negotiating, arranging for catering, locations, and distribution of information.

What you bring:
College degree preferred
5+ years of experience in an EA
3+ years of experience managing executive calendars, schedules, and travel
Proven track record of building and sustaining relationships with colleagues and partners.
Highly organized with excellent time and project management skills
Ability to use good judgement and initiative with confidence
Proficient in Apple/Mac products, as well as MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with superior professionalism with excellent editing, creating and proofreading abilities.
Strong planning and execution skills

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
