Job Description : Project Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Coordinator will be assigned to support the delivery of large scale and complex projects that are foundational to CBI Health meeting its strategic goals. With these experiences, you are well on your way to becoming a project manager.
Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day
Your days are full of action and in constant communication with key project members to track activities, issues and risks;
Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the right people are in the right discussions, and that there is clarity on the decisions and action items, as a result of these discussions;
You have a clear oversight of the progress made and the upcoming activities. You know when the project is progressing smoothly or when the project is in trouble;
You are the trusted advisor the project manager and project sponsor;
You hold the pen on key project artefacts such as action logs and project schedules.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful
You have experience working on a project team and awareness of project management methodologies;
You can work independently and as part of a team and you thrive in a fast moving and deadline-oriented workplace;
You take initiative and you follow through so you can manage, prioritize and complete the work assigned to you by several colleagues;
You’re an analytical thinker and a problem solver who can easily respond to multiple diverse and shifting challenges while meeting your deadlines without compromising quality;
You have superior organization skills for project planning and assigning work to your team members;
You’re known for your excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you have a strong political acuity;
You want to become a project manager in the near future.
All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption
