The Opportunity: Project Coordinator

Reports to: Senior Director, Account Services
Business Development Team Overview:

The Business Development Department at Figure 1 is responsible for revenue generation and client/partner success. The Department has three functions; sales, account management, and partnerships.

The Account team at Figure 1 works hand-in-hand with medical and commercial teams at some of the largest pharmaceutical and medical device companies globally, delivering innovative educational programs that help healthcare professionals worldwide improve the lives of their patients.

Job Description:

As the Project Coordinator you will coordinate and implement educational healthcare campaigns. You will play a key role in creating an atmosphere of excellence by ensuring customers feel well supported throughout the campaign development and implementation process. Clients should feel that our account services team is a true “value add” in the deal.

What you will do:

Act as the key point of contact for agencies and clients.
Coordinate content development with Figure 1/freelance writers and translators, managing agency and client input, and shepherding content through regulatory approvals.
Plan and lead client meetings, develop presentations and other supporting materials as required, prepare, and update regular status reports.
Prepare campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase engagements when necessary.
Develop an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry’s regulatory environment, including internal Medical, Legal, and Regulatory approvals (VEEVA)
Work with BD to identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to your clients.
Be an expert in the Figure 1 app and community.
Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

2 years of experience in project management and/or customer service, ideally in healthcare marketing.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and prior experience working in a client-facing role.
You are a “go-getter” with a strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
You are adept at multitasking and have the ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.
You bring a keen attention to detail; focused on keeping all of the balls in the air.
You are able to understand the work required, prioritize that work, and complete it on time and with a high degree of quality.
You are a quick learner who can master the tools and softwares of the job with ease.

Period of Employment: This is a full-time permanent role with a 3-month probationary period.
