Job Description : We are Makro Agency, a highly specialized e-commerce agency helping tomorrow’s biggest brands grow. We’re experts at taking a high-level view and identifying clients’ problems so we can solve them and, ultimately, help them grow.We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team!Responsibilities:Create and manage project timelines.Supervise and be the main point of contact for all production talent at our agency.Initiate projects in all systems that interact with internal teams and partners.Is accountable for ensuring that all projects are up to date and provide follow up to partners and internal team.Effectively manage multiple projects to ensure smooth and accurate execution within established timeframes and budget parameters and proactively flags issues.Ensure quality delivery of all contracted deliverables to the account team.Create and update project status reports and provide the Account Manager with timely updates of project tracking against budget.Develop initial estimates and designate hours for each role and manage project budgets, costs, and flags the Managing Director for invoicing at key milestones.Schedule internal meetings to review the creative.Develop post-project recaps for clients in collaboration with the Project Manager.Develop post-project recaps for the internal team.Maintain internal documents for the production team (dev credentials, design standards, social media standards. etc…).Collaborate with the Account Director for scenario planning for web development (case creation for how we should approach simple to complex builds).Work RemotelyYesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Bonus payOvertime payBenefits:Casual dressPaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)Experience:project management: 1 year (preferred)
