Job Description : Primary Responsibilities: Delivery: Assisting with maintaining regular contact with all sites regarding delivery schedule (via phone and email)Support in contacting factory to accommodate client dates/factory confirmation dates/accelerationsCheck factory production schedule to match with office scheduleCoordinate truck box counts with Factory o Adjustments due to first drops/regional/box counts/truck loadCheck the factory 110 schedule to align with QuickBase (daily) o Weekly checking on all orders to ensure factory/client/QuickBase are all equalAssisting with Entering route sheet each day in QBase and check cabinet counts to ensure daily cabinet count report is accurate to what was deliveredInstallations: Support in scheduling/monitoring of all installers (on QBase and Google calendar) including west end sites o Installer availability & site requestsSupporting Project Managers and ensuring they are aware of all upcoming installations and proper paperwork providedAssisting in making sure install reports are sent and Project Managers to double checkSupporting in the preparation and initial check with Steve for sign-off of all installer invoices, ensuring reports (both installer and Project Manager) have been submitted and completedAssist with preparing the Friday schedules for it to be posted to installers/clients for the following weekProject Management and Service Coordinator SupportAssist with creating completion slips for each builder, send to client and ensure Project Managers follow upSupport in providing Project Managers with Take-Offs, Install, Rough-ins, Finalized paperwork and installation reportsassisting with providing administrative support for Steve Mascioli * support the service team in tracking work orders, preparing reportsExceptional MICROSOFT OFFICE suite (excel, word, outlook, power point)Google docs/Google suiteCommunication skills above average, both written and auditory Demonstrates ability to find solution-based approaches to challengesShows ability to find ways to streamline workflowExcellent time management skills, conscientious, self-motivated, initiative-drivenAbility to work on multiple projects at onceMindful of timelines and working within established deadlines to meet client needs with details intactWrite down instructions in a notebook and clarify questionsAble to work in a group setting to find collaborative approaches togetting workflow issues resolvedAble to work independently with goals and timelines in mindto complete work in a timely, accurate fashionAbility to follow detailed instructions to work toward increased speed and accuracyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental careExtended health carePaid time offVision careSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Experience:project management: 1 year (preferred)Construction Project Managers: 2 years (preferred)Application deadline: 2022-03-23Expected start date: 2022-03-28
