Pase Contracting is seeking our next Project Manager / Area Manager to bring experienced, energetic, and well-organized Project Manager. The Project Manager / Area Manager is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and managing all aspects of projects while maintaining safety standards and quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Area Manager / Project Manager will coordinate, direct, and supervise multiple crews and conduct site inspections to evaluate services performed to company standards
Area Manager / Project Manager will provide consistent on-site production crew training and evaluation of proper installation techniques to ensure safety and quality
Area Manager / Project Manager will direct and monitor control processes to meet productivity/profitability goals and minimize waste and inefficiency
Area Manager / Project Manager will promote high standards for customer service, develop a safety culture, and create a positive team environment
Area Manager / Project Manager will maintain client expectations throughout the course of the project
Area Manager / Project Manager will attend meetings with construction superintendents, Project Managers and local regulators
Area Manager / Project Manager will inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with local codes and regulations
Area Manager / Project Manager will prepare and submit estimates, progress, and tracking reports
Area Manager / Project Manager will take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

3+ years experience in erosion control, storm water management, or similar industry required. Applicants without experience will not be considered for this position.

Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or engineering (preferred)
Demonstrate leadership and decision-making skill
Ability to balance quality workmanship with timely completion
Problem-solve to achieve daily and weekly goals
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, correspondence, plats, and development plans.
Must be physically able to safely lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
Valid driver’s license with clean record required for this position
Spanish fluency a plus but not required
Proficient in Windows, Excel, Microsoft Word, MS Project and Bid2Win estimating software or comparable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
