Wage Ranges:
$77,000 – $101,000
C&L Water Solutions, Inc. is a growing multi-state company looking to hire talented individuals to join the team.
Potential Duties Include but not limited to:

Plan and manage project schedules
Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep projects on track
Manage project related paperwork; approve timecards and Accounts Payable invoices, maintain RFI’s and change order logs, and monthly invoicing.
Communicate with customers to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Consistent and effective communication with customers and inspectors
Project coordination and oversight
Responsible for all permitting relative to projects
Subcontractor management and supervision
Customer outreach and coordination for upcoming projects
Contract management
Video Review for Project Submission

Skill Requirements:

Construction field experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Suite
Willingness to learn new computer programs
Strong organizational skills
Positive and encouraging attitude
Attention to detail a must
Ability to work independently
Effective communication and people skills
Capacity to manage multiple concurrent activities
Must be available for occasional out of town and weekend work
Commitment to working in fast paced and changing environment

Physical Requirements:

Sitting/Standing/Walking – 8-10 hours daily
Lifting (weight up to 50 lbs.) – Occasionally
Job Position is mostly based in the office but will require field work and driving

All candidates must meet the basic requirements:

Pass Pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
Clean MVR
Attendance and Punctuality to be at work and on time (typical work hours 7am-5pm)
Team Player
Construction and field experience preferred but not required
