Job Description : Project Manager Job DescriptionOrganize a project for a successful start.Has extensive knowledge of reading and understanding plans.Has extensive knowledge of all divisions, including MEP.Understanding how to QC all aspects of the project.Have the ability to problem solve, whether it is with owners, design team, consultants, sub-contractors, or fellow Langlas employees.Communication Skills.Have extensive knowledge of pre-construction efforts, and procedures.Computer Ease, Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, and Billing.Bidding experience/Takeoff experience. Recap Proficiency.Owner/Sub Billing Procedures.Invoices Approval/Process.Cost Breakdown/Labor Rates/Labor Management.Change Orders/Change Estimates/CO Logs.Organize and lead OAC meetings.Presentations/Power Point for project interviews.Project interview process.Writing Subcontracts.Understands and Reviews Prime Contract/Ins.CPM Schedules/MS Project.Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and Bluebeam.Submittal Review and Delivery Schedule.Project Efficiencies.Knowledge of Construction Details.Understanding the VE process.Understanding AHJ inspections and procedures.Safety/MOD score.Owner/Arch/Sub Relationships.Project closeout.
