ABOUT THE JOB: We are hiring a Project Manager/Project Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of cross-functional projects. As the project manager, you will work diligently to ensure projects are captured accurately in the centralized project management system and that the right team members contribute appropriately to each initiative’s success. You will be responsible for ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and budgets are consistently met and must proactively communicate any project changes that arise. You thrive in a collaborative, team environment, and are excited to develop workflows and processes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Create project plans, set milestone targets, adhere to deadlines, and determine resourcing needs
Oversee the project management system and resource utilization inclusive of the following activities:
Process analysis
Schedules management
Dependencies mapping
Resource allocation and balance
Project status tracking
Communicate with executive stakeholders to maintain project alignment
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate change management techniques
Coordinate and organize internal resources and third parties/vendors
Facilitate risk management conversations with the project team and stakeholders to understand and minimize potential risks
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project needs
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Use and continually develop leadership skills

ABOUT YOU:

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant years of experience
3+ years of proven project management (or similar) experience
You have the ability to make data-driven business decisions
Proven track record of leading process mapping and process improvement initiatives
You are effective at planning and priority setting, and have the proven ability to creatively solve problems
Ability to work independently, with cross-functional stakeholders, and outside vendors
You have experience utilizing a PM system to manage projects through the entire project life cycle
Deep understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/lean/continuous)
You are extremely detail oriented, have excellent communication, are very responsive, and remain calm under deadlines
A positive and professional attitude and a consistent work ethic, must be self-motivated and work well alone as well as on a team in a shop/warehouse and office atmosphere
Must be comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment
Enthusiastic about the outdoor/cycling industry, the people it attracts, and all the gear!
TPC requires employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 for in person work and company events as required by your role, unless you qualify for an exemption allowable under the law
