Position : Provider Recruiter – Full-Time

Job Description : The Provider Recruiter is responsible for leading provider recruitment and retention for Bozeman Health. Serves as an internal provider recruiter and retention consultant, working with internal and external partners as necessary to provide the organization with talent management expertise. Forms a strategic business partnership with leadership, physicians, and hiring managers within Bozeman Health. Fully participates in other Human Resources initiatives as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, marketing, public relations, or related field OR equivalent experience
Three years of healthcare recruitment experience and understanding of physician and APC specialties
Outstanding organizational and project management abilities
Experience in developing relationships with physicians including identifying needs, communicating with, and responding to the needs of medical staff
Availability outside of business hours and weekends for calls/candidate interviews
Preferred: Certified Medical Staff Recruiter (CMSR) or Association of Staff Physician Recruiters Fellowship
Preferred: Knowledge of Stark Laws, anti-kickback, and immigration recruitment
Preferred: Experience with provider compensation
Preferred: Marketing/advertising experience
Essential Job Functions:
Performs full cycle recruitment for all providers and Bozeman Health, including updating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, pre-screening applicants, advertising vacancies, assisting with reference checking, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, and coordinating on-site visits for candidates.
Maintains the onboarding and documentation for completion of the pre-employment process.
Assists with development and tracking of the annual provider recruitment budget and provides monthly updates to leadership and managers.
Acts as a business partner for hiring managers, physicians, and all leadership to provide a single point of contact for Provider recruitment and onboarding.

Standard office equipment and computer applications; MS Office, EMR, internet applications etc.

Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
