Based in downtown Toronto, MacIntyre Communications manages a roster of international clients across the fashion, entertainment, beauty, and lifestyle industries. Household name or otherwise, MacIntyre Communications provides round the clock support, ensuring client expectations are always met and exceeded.Responsibilities include (but not limited to):- Pack/Unpack samples for stylist shoots and media requests- Packing Product for Influencer/Media gifting- Assist with Fedex / courier deliveries- Research (media, stylists, influencers etc.) and assisting with media relations and executing client strategy- Monitor print, online and social media coverage for clients- Assist with press previews duties (where applicable)- Social media strategy + assistanceRequired Skills:- Fashion & beauty enthusiast with strong knowledge on current /emerging media platforms, disruptive competitors and trends.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Flexibility and ability to work well under tight time constraints-Strong interpersonal skills, energetic and eager to learn- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) is a must and Sprinklr (preferred, but no required)-Must be in enrolled in Marketing / Communications or related field that requires school credit in order to be eligible for the internship.Contract length: 4 monthsJob Types: Full-time, InternshipSalary: Up to $3,000.00 per monthJob Types: Full-time, Internship / Co-opContract length: 4 monthsSalary: Up to $3,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)Experience:public relations: 1 year (preferred)Expected start date: 2022-04-25
