Although transparency is important in our healthcare ecosystem, “pertinent information” sharing of key health issues is at the core of Health Espresso’s web portal.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for initiating, investigating, monitoring, tracking and reporting on quality control issues. Your primary responsibilities will be to assist in the development of our frontend and backend suites through comprehensive testing of newly developed features, development of comprehensive tests, and ensuring a smooth user experience for Health Espresso clients. You will be required to work closely with the backend and frontend to implement features, and therefore should be comfortable working in a small team/Agile development environment.ResponsibilitiesReview requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedbackCreate detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test casesIdentify, record, and document bugsUpdating and preparing user documentationMonitor debugging process resultsSkills and QualificationsProven work experience in software developmentStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processesExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development processGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenFamiliarity with project management tools such as JiraNice to HavesExperience with automated testing toolsExperience with performance and/or security testingExperience with both white box and black box testingWe’d love to hear from you even if you don’t have experience or interest in every bullet.
