Position : Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description : We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to work closely with the team to ensure our software solutions meet quality standards and meet our customer’s expectations. The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience around software testing and quality assurance principles. In this role, you will be responsible for the manual testing initiatives and be an advocate for quality. You will work closely with Product, Development, and Design teams to build awesome new features.

This position will provide a great opportunity to learn and grow into a senior role and help take ownership of our QA team. If you’re looking to become a core member of the QA team and be empowered to drive new ideas and processes, you’ll find it here!

What You’ll Be Doing
Work with project stakeholders in all phases of the software development cycle to promote and ensure quality
Execute and evaluate manual test cases and report results
Identify, prioritize, and document bugs and issues
Ensure new features meet requirements and end user expectations
Collaborate with the team to improve and evolve our QA processes and tools
Create and maintain test plans and documents
Assist in development and maintenance of automation test suites
What You Bring
Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills
Communication skills, high attention to detail, and drive to learn and improve
Passion for software quality and building amazing products
0-2 years of experience in a QA related role

Nice to Haves

Understanding and hands on experience with QA processes and methodologies
Experience with mobile, web, and api testing
Experience using Postman
Foundational knowledge of CSS, HTML, Javascript, and Git
