Job Description : Job ID: Q-03Quality Assurance Specialist Seneca Sense Technologies committed to ensuring that the final product observes the company’s quality standards. In general, these detail-oriented professionals are responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes. In addition, we are committed to ensuring that all of our customers’ data is protected, and that our work complies with data protection legislation. We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to help us improve our management of potentially sensitive information and take our products to the next level with respect to accuracy, security, and safety. You’ll often be asked to work independently in this role, but also to communicate with all relevant employees as you promote a culture of data protection compliance within the organization.Requirement: · Bachelor of Science in a technical field (e.g. engineering, medical) or equivalent education, training and experience with specification in quality assurance.· 3-5 years of experience in a Quality assurance related work.· Working knowledge of applicable standards and regulations including FDA GMP, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, European MDR regulations, or other regulations.· Experience with regulatory agency inspections, customer compliance audits and international requirements.· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related writing and presentation software· Excellent written and oral communication skills.· Strong Documentation skills,· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including being able to follow and hold others accountable to, internal and applicable external policies/procedures/standards.Duties will include, but are not limited to: · Helps execute and improve the Quality Management System adhere to FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and CE MDR.· Helps define metrics, purpose, source, analysis methods, sets alert / action limits with clearly documented rationales.· Supports interactions with regulators, auditors, and customers to represent the company products and processes.· Reviews the problems and determines root cause, which arise from complaints and nonconformities.· Processes complaints and nonconformities in accordance with company procedure and regulatory requirements.· Performs backup duties for QC technicians to support manufacturing as required.· Performs other quality duties as required.Job Types: · Full-timeSchedule: · Monday to FridayHours of Work: · 8:30 am-4:30pm (Flexible schedule)-on-siteCOVID-19 precaution(s): · Remote interview processWe hope you will be a good fit for us and we look forward to receiving your resume and cover letter.Please monitor your email on a regular basis, as communication is primarily made through email.Work remotely· NoJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per yearJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:quality assurance: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:ISO 13485 (preferred)
