Job Description : Summary of Position: Inspect outgoing parts and incoming raw materials, audit production practices and processes, and report on non-conformances.Key Accountabilities: Accurately inspect raw materials and finished products visually, and dimensionally as with gauges, scales, calipers and other measuring instruments as required and according to work instructionsSegregate non-conforming parts or materialComplete required documentation for work performedPerform data entry of work results into appropriate databasesPerform final inspection to reconcile outgoing shipments, as requiredMay be required to identify root causes of non-conformance productsMeet all AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 attributes and competenciesThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
