JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role will report to the PMO and will support the management of the organization’s branded, private label, and CoMan projects. This person will work closely with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to execute all projects with precision and excellence. This person will also work with Purchasing for new raw materials. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (this is not all-encompassing. Stay on your feet… Duties and responsibilities may change):

Account management, main point-of-contact role, for existing co-manufacturer customer base.
Communicating project quotes and updates for R&D projects direct with customers.
Provide project management support for co-manufacturing and R&D projects.
Track and log project status and billing.
Support Purchasing with new suppliers for pricing, samples, and testing
Manage R&D recipe system
Updating pricing and nutritional information into master sheets when specs or suppliers change
Gathering of data to assist in the creation of quotes and contracts for R&D or co-man projects
Updating project management tools
Project Certification Submissions
Gathering of data to submit based on certifying agency requirements of ingredients and packaging
Maintaining all certifications up to date in brand/client files

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (Requirements):

Previous experience working in project management and account management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage complex timelines, Gantt Charts, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent time-management skills
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and organize efficiently
Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude when interacting with everyone
Ability to meet tight timelines
Available to work flexible hours and days as needed to meet business demands

Nice-to-Have’s:

CPG experience, especially in the Food Space

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and our Company’s size – with the pay range between $55,000-75,000. It can potentially include ownership interests in the Company as well!
