We are growing quickly and are in search of someone that loves to be part of innovation within a unique company. As a Listings Manager, you will provide exceptional concierge-level service for Denver’s top real estate agents. Attention to detail and excellent real estate experience are a must.
Requirements:

Colorado real estate experience is required
Colorado real estate active license is required
This position is 40-hours/week, hybrid position from your home + our Cherry Creek office
Proficient in CTM, MLS, Skyslope, Microsoft platforms

Roles + Responsibilities:

Prepare listing agreements and required disclosures
Ensure accuracy + compliance of Colorado listing contracts
Prepare listings in the MLS (ReColorado + IRES)
Submit showing instructions for the showing service
Update property information on syndicated websites
Order signage for listings
Order and coordinate photography for listings
Manage and facilitate weekly open house schedule
Communicate effectively with brokers, leadership and vendors
Create and implement systems to help support the functionality and growth of the business

Compensation Package:

Annual Salary: $70,000 – $75,000
Salary range depends on skills + qualifications
Health benefits, paid time off + 401k
