Position : Real Estate Marketing Manager
Job Description : We’re hiring a creative, highly-organized, marketing professional to work closely with our agents, clients, and local management team. It’s a dynamic position that’s part marketing, part project management and part agent services.

Compensation:
$50,000+bonuses
Responsibilities:
You’ll be busy on the front line, supporting our agents and management as the “go-to” marketing person
You’ll collaborate with our corporate marketing and operations teams to execute a variety of marketing projects on behalf of Nest Phx and our agents
You’ll assist our Nest agents with individual marketing efforts, including direct mail, social media, and print ad campaigns
You’ll oversee our social media channels
You’ll plan and execute Nest Phx client and agent appreciation events
You’ll work directly with our Lead Broker to develop, support and enhance our culture
Qualifications:
Proven experience curating and managing creative content across multiple social media platforms (insta, fb, twitter, etc.)
Residential real estate experience preferred (in the metro-Phoenix market)
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
Motivated self-starter with strong project management skills
Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
Hands-on experience with traditional and online real estate marketing a plus
