Job Description : Go Place is a luxury Leisure Club & Spa located at First Markham Place.We are looking for Receptionist to join our team!Job Description· Greet guests on the arrival in a polite and friendly manner· Provide accurate information to assist guests with inquiries and requests in-person and via phone· Check in and check out guests at the reception desk· Booking appointments for guests in-person and via phone· Take ownership of service complaints at earliest and resolve the complaint quickly and efficientlyJob Requirements· Previous receptionist experience or any other similar capacity· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure· Teamwork-oriented and excellent conversation skills· Required to work weekends and holidays· Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills· Present professional appearance at all times· Must be in possession of a valid Canadian work permit to be eligible to be consideredJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $18.00-$30.00 per hourBenefits:On-site parkingStore discountSchedule:8 hour shiftHolidaysWeekend availabilityExperience:receptionist: 1 year (preferred)Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)Shift availability:Overnight Shift (preferred)Night Shift (preferred)
