Position : Receptionist
Job Description : We are seeking a professional administrative assistant/receptionist to join our office. We are located downtown Denver and are a publicly traded company. We offer intensive benefits and perks, including paid parking or light rail.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for answering and directing all incoming telephone calls.
Greet all visitors entering the facility and issuing visitor passes as needed.
Ensure all staff and visitors entering the facility are approved.
Type labels, correspondence and client reports as needed.
Complete clerical and filing functions as directed.
Sort and distributes mail daily and maintain postage meter for the program as needed.
Updates office calendars.
Responsible for ensuring maintenance of fax, copier, and vending machines, etc.
Responsible for ordering all office supplies.
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
2+ year of administrative / receptionist experience
Knowledge of MS Office
