Job Description : Job Summary:
The best candidate will be a friendly and reliable self-starter with an eagerness to learn who has excellent interpersonal, organizational, and office administrative skills.
Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly manner
Answer general phone inquiries
Schedule customer deliveries/pickups
Invoice customers and receive payments
Assist in maintaining a clean office/showroom
General clerical/administrative duties
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience within the receptionist/clerical field preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Driver License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Familiarity with Quickbooks is a plus

Salary:

$13-$15/hr DOE

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Overtime
Weekend availability
