Position : Receptionist/Office Manager

Job Description : The receptionist/office manager will perform a variety of administrative and human resources support tasks to facilitate the efficient operation of a highly regarded law firm. General duties include bookkeeping, telephones, vendor payments, billing, payroll, bank reconciliations, subscription memberships and renewals, new employee on boarding and overall office organization.
Motivated and good with people
Exercise good judgement and confidentiality
Detail oriented
Proficient computer skills
Legal Management software and QuickBooks experience a plus
Fully Vaccinated
Salary commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
