Job Description : Position Purpose: Oversees the screening, purchase and processing of recipient cows.Key Responsibilities: Assists Operations Leader and Iowa Recipient Manager in planning cow numbers, timing and space needs to accommodate efficient and economical recipient cow operations.Contacts, schedules, and settles with suppliers of cows to Trans Ova.Supervises the processing, bleeding, cow selection, and documentation of procured recipients.Follows Trans Ova s policies and procedures.Maintains a professional image reflective of Trans Ova s industry position.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Education Requirements: Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D.Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Job requires working in adverse/outdoor conditions, good physical mobility, and above average strength/conditioning.Location: To Be Determined.Other skills/experience: Good communication and organizational skills.Experience in judging or assessing cow quality.General knowledge of bovine industry and bovine reproductionJob Type: Full-time
