Job Description : We are looking for a Records and Information Management Coordinator to join our team in the Waste Management and Remediation Division. The Records and Information Management Coordinator is responsible and serves as the primary contact for records management and information requests within the Waste Management and Remediation Division. The position will strategically plan and implement policies and procedures to meet the requirements of records processes and retention. Responsibilities include coordinating and maintaining the division’s stakeholder lists, assisting division managers and attorneys with consistent direction and alignment of overall division activities and supervising administrative support staff.

The Records and Information Management Coordinator position includes a career ladder for professional development and pay progression.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communication, public administration or closely related degree.
Two (2) years of experience developing and implementing policies and procedures, records management, research, communications, and handling complex information requests.
One year of supervisory experience preferred.
