Job Description : We are looking for a Recruiter for a growing team at our manufacturing and distribution companies in the Denver metro area. This role will work between 4 companies that are part of Kodiak Building Partners.
The Recruiter position is responsible for performing all recruiting related activities throughout the Denver metro area. The Recruiter will work closely with the division hiring managers & HR Managers to support the company’s growth initiatives by developing a talent pipeline. The position will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with managers, identify potential “fit” through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive start to a candidate and new hire experience. You will primarily be recruiting for entry and mid-level positions in manufacturing, warehouse & delivery throughout our 4 Colorado companies and multiple locations.

Essential Functions:
Develops recruiting channels for hiring managers
Establishes relationships with talent providers including various state sponsored employment organizations, technical trade schools, high schools, military bases, and other community-based organizations
Pre-screens applicants for hiring managers
Submit reports to HR on recruiting and hiring statistics and activities, accomplishments and challenges
Evaluates recruiting processes within division and makes recommendations for improvement
Attends managers’ meetings to ensure understanding of business and develop relationships with managers
Attends recruiting events such as open houses and job fairs
Creates effective advertisements and post on approved boards utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
Identify, source, screen, attract and retain a diverse slate of candidates to meet location requirements.
Serve as liaison with area temporary agencies, employment agencies, recruiting firms, and advertising agencies.
Experience and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Eligible for hybrid work (remote and in office at multiple locations). Relocation is not being offered for this position.
Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or a combination of experience and /or education
5-7 years of hourly recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing, warehouse or building supply environment
Creative, solutions-driven mindset
Experience in the manufacturing/construction industry is a plus
Strong networking and partnership skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
Experience with multi-media /online recruiting tools
Detailed knowledge of recruiting sources and staffing methodologies

Compensation:
Pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 base salary, based on experience.
