Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 annual base salary.
We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role.

Job Summary:
Congruex is seeking an energetic and passionate Talent Acquisition professional to join our corporate People Services team. This individual will plan, develop, implement, and execute effective and dynamic Talent Acquisition strategies to attract and retain the right talent across the organization.
The Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition is both strategic and tactical. This role requires previous recruiting experience, paired with the proven ability to plan, and execute, long-term dynamic Talent Acquisition strategies. Execution of these strategies may include performing recruiting tasks to fill vacancies, based on the current needs of the business.
Job Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Audit current Talent Acquisition practices across the business to identify gaps and opportunities.
Consult with various business units on their unique needs to develop innovative hiring solutions based on best practices.
Train local recruiting resources throughout the business on full life cycle recruiting best practices and help them overcome hiring challenges in their local markets.
Focus on attracting field and construction talent of varying levels of experience in multiple markets, including extremely rural communities.
Partner with the Communications team and business units to create repeatable, standardized processes and multi-media marketing materials to attract talent in existing and new markets.
Partner with the Communications team to ensure the Congruex brand is represented effectively and consistently across the organization and all hiring practices.
Monitor and enhance the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflow, reporting metrics and KPI’s for executive dashboards.
Monitor and manage EEOC compliance with consistent, equitable hiring practices across the organization.
Establish and manage meaningful, strategic partnerships with various talent associations, memberships, and third-party vendors to expand our recruiting reach.
Partner with the People Services (HR) team to enhance the pre-employment onboarding process and further establish a standardized hiring processes across the business.
Step-in to source, recruit and hire the right candidates, when necessary for the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
General

5+ years of previous Recruiting experience
Bachelor’s Degree (Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or Psychology discipline preferred)
Proven ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders across the business, from professional to construction environments, and everything in between.
Ability to plan, develop, and implement effective Talent Acquisition processes across various talent pools, markets, and stakeholders.
Domestic overnight night travel is required, based on needs of the business.
Previous experience driving employment brands and championing company culture.
Previous experience training and/or consulting others on hiring practices, strategy, and processes.
Knowledge and experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and developing reporting KPI’s to demonstrate strategic success of new hiring initiatives.
Knowledge of federal and state hiring requirements, including EEOC compliance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptable and able to quickly change priorities based on needs of the business.
Willing to take calculated risks and try new things; ability to “think outside the box.”
Excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders – no exceptions.

Technical

Experience using and managing Applicant Tracking System(s) (ATS) (BrightMove preferred).
Well versed in MS Office products, including Word, PPT, and Excel.
Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new systems and processes easily.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience recruiting for construction companies or roles.
Previous experience recruiting in rural communities.
Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Previous experience in an M&A environment.
Project Management experience, including PM software (Airtable, Smartsheets or similar tools).
