Recruiting and Sourcing Specialist, Highland Capital Brokerage

Type: Full Time

Summary:

The Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist is responsible for day-to-day requisition management supporting multiple sales divisions across Highland Capital Brokerage. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and CRM-savvy social networker who knows how to reach and engage their target audience to drive results. The Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist is a hybrid role encompassing Recruiting, Social Media, and Employer Branding.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement a structured recruiting and Highland employment branding strategy to attract top sales talent and help the company stand out as an employer of choice.
In partnership with Marketing Communications, generate and share content that builds meaningful connections and encourages social engagement.
Effectively utilize available recruiting tools, sourcing techniques, and social media to identify and engage talent and become adept at reading and evaluating personality and sales assessment tools.
Manage sourcing and recruiting for sales openings across Highland distribution channels.
Partner with sales leadership and hiring managers to identify ideal candidate profiles, understand hiring needs, and coordinate interviews and decision meetings.
Document progress of sales recruiting funnel, measure performance, build reporting, and develop insights to make improvements and optimize for results.
Partner with our parent company, Advisor Group, to build competitive intelligence, develop innovative recruiting strategies, and generate a talent pipeline.
Manage Highland’s careers web presence and online reputation.
Contribute to building the foundation for Highland’s continued long-term growth by participating in intellectual capital development.
All other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Basic Requirements:

1-3 years of recruiting experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word & Excel), Salesforce CRM, social media management platforms and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation and communication skills.
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
Expertise in conducting detailed and comprehensive candidate interviews.
Detail-oriented and adaptable good multitasking and organizational ability.

Preferred Requirements:

LinkedIn Recruiter experience
Financial services industry experience
