Position : Recruiting Coordinator (FT)

Job Description : Positions Details:

Oversees recruitment assistance/coordination including sourcing, interviewing, and E-skill assessment testing.
Build a database of pipelined candidates that meet qualifications for Drake positions.
Uses innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, creating job postings, contacting universities, determining to advertise, and posting resources.
Coordinate and occasionally conduct new employee orientations. Including employee paperwork, presenting on company standards, creating employee orientation packets.
Coordinate Employment Screenings (Background Checks/Physicals)
Oversees full background check process. Send the background check to the candidate and summit to Background Screeners of America.
Attend job fairs and community involvement events as needed.
Coordinate the interview process to ensure a positive and timely experience for the candidate. Comply with all regulatory/legal requirements and company policies.
Prepare and maintain employment records as directed.
Participate in the company’s KPI Report.
Create compensation conditions as directed by SPV/Recruiters.
Implement and recommend new recruiting strategies.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

High school diploma or GED.
1 + years of recruiting coordination.
Specific cement/aggregate industry is not necessary.
Employment Law, EEO, HIPAA, ADA.
Previous positions: Human resources generalist, Sourcer, Recruiter.
