Job Description : The Opportunity
Delaware North is searching for a Recruiting Coordinator to join us in bringing our global talent strategy to life. In this role, you will provide support to our Talent Acquisition team in attracting and hiring new associates to our company. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
This is a year-round benefitted position. Living in West Yellowstone during the work week is required. (Temporary housing will be provided.) This position will support the General Manager and Hr Manager of Yellowstone General Stores. The Recruiter Coordinator starting wage is $18.00 per hour. This a fulltime, year round opportunity, that offers a comprehensive benefit package.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance to candidates as needed with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Support recruiters by scheduling, coordinating and conducting candidate interviews, troubleshooting issues that may prevent the process from moving forward, and escalating issues that need further attention.
Extend offers to qualified candidates, intiate background checks, track applicante process as needed.
Maintain and regularly deliver reports that outline progress, risks, and upcoming deliverables.
Continuously partner with recruiting team and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative solutions that help the team move forward.
Some travel into Yellowstone Park ot to off-site recruiting events may be required; <10% of position. Qualifications Has a passion for recruitment, sound judgment, and exceptional customer service, time management, and computer skills. Minimum 18 months experience in a related position with emphasis on quality service delivery to an operating business. Agile in thinking and approach; self-driven and resilient. Ability to work independently. Experience in hospitality or related industry preferred. Physical Requirements Must have the ability to sit for length of shift in an office environment Must have the ability to work on compter screens and keyboards for extended periods of time, with repetitive data entry motions Must be able to walk/drive short distances from temporary housing to office setting in all manner of outdoor weather including snow, rain and cold temperatures.
