The Recruitment Marketing Lead is a professional in their field with real passion and a drive, to be hands-on in developing, implementing and optimizing our talent marketing and campaign strategy to attract and engage top candidates to Thermo Fisher Scientific. The Impact You Will Make
The RM Lead has accountability for developing and activating our talent attraction strategy aligned to the organization’s employer brand and overarching Mission – to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
Targeting both internal and external audiences and accountable for implementing the global employment brand and attraction strategy through a content-based strategy using storytelling, segmentation and our talent acquisition platform and the social recruitment tools. You will be a go-to resource for internal TA teams in helping to drive awareness of and helping to craft the company’s reputation and employee brand in the market. And, probably most fun, you’ll be a key ambassador of our workplace culture, serving as a connector between teams, departments and people.
How Will You Do It?
By providing professional-level support in the development of our attraction strategy, including the execution of advertising campaigns, branding campaigns and content development such as employee stories, videos, blogs and articles. As an experience employer branding authority, you will display excellent communication and collaborator skills, coupled with creativity, and a keen sense of initiative.
Activate the candidate attraction strategy, creation and delivery of Go–to-market plans for priority hiring and employer brand projects, including top of the funnel attraction for niche personas.
Lead programmatic digital, social media and offline campaigns, support the branding for referral drives, encourage employee advocacy and partner with our TA business partners serving as an enabler for business growth.
Collaborate and engage with colleagues across the company to develop outstanding content reflective of our EVP for our career site and social media channels.
Use our recruitment marketing tools (CRM) to develop and implement email campaigns, build talent communities, and analyze analytics to refine campaigns for the highest engagement.
Write and review content aligned to our tone of voice, brand and target audiences helping to promote us as an employer of choice by bringing out our USP’s.
Balance multiple internal customers, working with budgets and agencies, and building out standard methodology and processes for talent attraction.
Partner with cross-functional internal teams to define our messaging framework and developing our content strategy.
Measure, analyze, and report performance through delivering campaign briefs to relevant business partners. Apply this performance data to understand the success of each campaign and make recommendations for future efforts.
Navigate and switch between strategic and tactical task as required by the project or business needs.
How Will You Get There?
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a directly related field.
Required Qualifications:
Five or more years of marketing/communications experience.
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
Ability to steer and deliver content that engages audiences for multiple media channels.
Ability to work independently with tight timeframes, while prioritizing multiple projects.
Balance innovation and originality with the need to respect and preserve the image and mission of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
Ability to understand and work efficiently and comfortably within a matrix environment.
A strategic, flexible, and meticulous style with strong analytical skills and an ability to frame sophisticated issues and problems and seek efficient solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with common HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
Knowledge of or experience with an employer brand architecture and content-based strategy and having optimally navigated the search and social recruitment landscapes
