Job Description : The Colorado Rural Health Center (CRHC) is seeking a Recruitment Specialist with drive and dedication to deliver high level recruitment services in rural Colorado as a part of the CDPHE Rural Health Disparity Grant, which aims to improve recruitment and retention of Community Health Workers (CHWs) and other necessary health professionals, and the Colorado Provider Recruitment (CPR) program, which offers recruitment and retention services to both healthcare professionals and rural and underserved facilities.
CRHC is a non-profit organization that serves as the State Office of Rural Health and has been serving the state of Colorado since 1991. CRHC’s mission is to enhance healthcare services in Colorado by providing information, education, linkages, tools and energy toward addressing rural healthcare issues. By joining our dedicated team, you will be helping a diverse and inclusive statewide constituency of over 180 rural healthcare facilities and making an impact by improving access to quality healthcare in Colorado.
We have high expectations for you as our Recruitment Specialist. You will:

Develop, update and implement recruitment strategies and retention activities
Monitor, assess and analyze recruitment and retention needs of rural healthcare facilities
Perform recruitment and retention services and technical assistance to rural and underserved facilities in need of primary care providers and to healthcare professionals in search of job opportunities
Present at healthcare professional training programs on the CDPHE Rural Health Disparity Grant and the CPR program

The salary range for this position is commensurate with depth of experience and overall qualifications.
