Position : Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights

Job Description : Friendship Village is seeking a full-time day RN for our Skilled Nursing Facility.
Starting Pay: $34.35 to 39.85/hr, based on experience, plus benefits package!
Schedule: 6am–6:30pm, three days per week, various daysPlans organizes, and assists in the provision of direct and indirect resident care following established policies and procedures. Orients, instructs, and supervises personnel, reports any changes in resident condition or any unusual situations to the Nursing Supervisor. Assumes responsibility for his/her continued self-development in order to help plan and provide quality resident care.
Education & Experience1. Graduate of an approved school of nursing.2. Minimum 2 years clinical experience in caring for older adults in acute and long term care settings.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions1. Demonstrates good body mechanics and proper use of gait belt before ambulation, lifting, or transferring residents. Able to reach above shoulder level, bend, squat, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull, and lift 50 pounds. Possess the ability to organize, plan, delegate and supervise.2. Possess excellent time management skills.3. Available to work some holidays and every other weekend unless otherwise specified by the Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Nursing Supervisors.
