[Remote] Client Services Liaison (Software Solutions) Description
Our client, who provides software and service solutions to the life sciences industry, is looking for a fully remote Client Services Liaison to add to their team in the United States. You will be responsible for documenting and facilitating fulfillment of customer requests, conducting training for customers and end-users of the system, and troubleshooting any technical issues with support from internal SMEs. Our client is looking for an individual with 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in software services or another technical field. Ideal candidates will also have been successful with remote work and prefer a fast-paced environment. If you get excited about building relationships with customers and helping them find innovative solutions to their needs, this is a great opportunity to join a company leading their field.
[Remote] Client Services Liaison (Software Solutions) Responsibilities

Facilitate the completion of client and end-user requests submitted via email or phone
Define and communicate customer requirements
Conduct and facilitate client and end-user training
Develop training materials for in-person or virtual learning sessions
Maintain excellent working knowledge of all systems and services
Coordinate technical troubleshooting and resolution with internal subject-matter experts
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding a customer’s products, data, and business

[Remote] Client Services Liaison (Software Solutions) Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years of experience in customer service required
Experience in software services or another technical industry required
Fluency in English required; bilingual or multilingual fluency a plus
