Job Description : Position Snapshot: Remote Customer Service Correspondence Agent Job Type: Permanent Full-Time 9:00am-5:00pm EST (Monday – Friday) 40 hours/week starting at $16.50/hour The Big Picture: Creating Meaningful Connections with Clients On a daily basis, you will be the first point of contact for our clients at Insight Pest Solutions. Whether it is through digital communications or speaking with a client over the phone, your energetic and positive attitude will find solutions that are tailored to each unique client. By creating an engaging environment that delivers exceptional customer service, your role will be foundational to fostering long-term client relationships and maintaining a reputable brand image.Position Summary – Responsibilities: Ensure any outstanding emails or voicemails from the previous business day are addressed and responded to in a timely mannerRespond to any existing emails and voicemails as well as monitor both inboxes throughout the day to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptlyLiaise with the appropriate department representatives to address any customer concerns or inquiriesComplete outbound calls to clients on an as needed basis.Assist with inbound calls, during peak periods, if required.Investigate, probe, and resolve inquiries and complaints. Update appropriate databases as required.Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor as, and when, required.Ensure all requests comply with existing policies and procedures prior to processing.Deliver first-class customer experiences answering questions and providing information in response to concerns and requests.Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining the clients’ businessEnjoy fast-paced days full of problem solving by connecting with client emails and outbound callsQualifications – What will make you successful: Self motivated individuals who are able to work with little supervisionPossesses excellent verbal and written communication skillsEmpathetic and professional towards customersStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitaskPossesses an eagerness to learn and work in a team settingExperience working in an office setting or an administrative background is considered an asset but not required, as training will be provided.*Please note that benefits will come into effect after 3 months of employment.
