Job Description : Position Title – Remote Program Coordinator
(Outbound call center Representative / Health plan Representative / Member services)

Location – Remote (AZ or CA)
Pay — $16-$20
Start date – ASAP
Hours – M-F 8-5 or 9-6
Contract Type – 3-Month Contract to Hire
Vaccine Requirement – vaccine not required

Required:

High School Diploma
2+ years Call Center experience
1+ year Member services experience
1+ year Health plan experience
Good time management and organization skills
Computer Savvy/working multiple systems

Position Purpose:
Assist in activities related to the medical and psychosocial aspects of utilization and coordinated care
Day to Day:

Outbound calls and enrolling members into care management, the staff will require call center experience.
95% of the shift is making outbound calls to members that may have health needs to make a referral to our team of Registered Nurses.
Will get 30-35 new members per day to call, any given week will have 90-100 members to call plus providers.
Goal is to close 30-32 members per day – 7-day compliance.
Minimum of 20% must be enrolled to case management.
