Job Description : REMOTE Network Services Delivery Manager
Leading Technology Solutions Provider partnered with Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, EMC / DELL, and NetApp has an immediate need for a Senior Level Network Service Delivery Manager. This will be a role managing Delivery / Post Sales Engineers on a national scale.
This is an ideal role for someone with a strong background in Project & People Management within professional services organizations and strong technical expertise in Cisco Networking (this is a NON-Hands on role). The team is growing and consists of top tier Networking, Security, Data Center and Collaboration Engineers.
-This is a 100% REMOTE role.

What You Need for this Position
5-10+ years of experience in IT Management for Infrastructure / Network Engineering
Strong experience working in professional services
Strong Project Management experience.
CCNP / CCIE and / or other relevant Cisco certs is a plus
Strong ITIL & COBIT experience is a plus
Excellent client facing / customer interaction skills and experience
Strong documentation skills in service delivery processes/methodologies is needed to be successful
Experience in leading teams in providing services as defined within contract SLAs
What You Will Be Doing
Taking ownership with various clients to ensure the effective delivery of outsourced IT Network / Infrastructure support services
Proactively managing the team toward higher level results and growth
Managing dedicated engineers and matrixed project teams to deliver technology services to numerous customers
Proactively identifying areas of operational process improvement
Working to implement positive change in a services organization
Consistently making recommendations on technology strategy or upgrades to meet customers business needs
Assist in the development of RFP and SOW responses for service requests
Provide assistance in developing service contracts (includes understanding customer requirements, defining scope, establishing service levels)
