Job Description : Redbox+ of Denver Metro South is currently in search for a Rockstar Part-Time Dispatch/Customer Service/Office Admin to join our team in the Centennial/Parker area! If you are looking to join a dynamic team, where you wear multiple hats and work with the owner of this unique service provided to general contractors, roofers, builders and remodeling firms and enjoy providing extraordinary service, this is the right fit for you!
Redbox+ of Denver Metro South is not a typical waste service. We hold a patented design for a combination portable toilet and dumpster, making our containers the most efficient and innovative in the market. We are a boutique company – small, family owned and exist to offer exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a friendly, respectful, timely and dependable person who wants to grow with this new company.
The best fit for this role has the ability to learn quickly, enjoys interacting with new and existing customers, has excellent communication skills, and a positive, can-do, team-player attitude.
Work location: Local candidates only. Work remotely from home.
Duties
Create work orders in our proprietary dumpster management/dispatch software
Organize daily work orders into an efficient route for each driver
Answer incoming phone calls from new and existing customers, dumpster service brokers, and business partners
Work primarily on weekends and fill in on days off and vacations for the office manager
Skills
Computer skills and ability to work with dispatch software, and online account portals
Excellent Customer service and communication skills
Highly organized and efficient
Ability to work independently without supervision
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age
Pass a background check
Legally able to work in the US
Familiarity of Denver Metro and surrounding areas
