We are looking to hire full-time Resident Managers for our RV Park . Are you looking for a fulfilling job in the hospitality industry? Position involvement and requirements: This position involves working in multiple operational aspects of Manor Rv Park with front desk being the main responsibility. Successful candidates are required to live on the property (provided by Trout Haven Resorts). This is a hands on, boots on the ground position and requires actively helping in day-to-day activities in all departments

Hotel Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
Hospitality Experience: 3 years (Preferred)

Items the candidate would be responsible for:

Adhering to and promoting our core values and execution of our mission statement.
Check in / check out Park guests, make reservations for walk in guests and online guests, answer phone calls.
Perform pre-inspection prior to every guest arrival. This would include inspecting all sites daily to insure smooth departures and arrivals.
Acknowledge and greet any guests. We want our guests on all our properties to feel welcome.
Maintain inventory and organize – Laundry and Shower house area
Prepare order forms for re-orders of supplies in stock room and submit to Director of Staffing
Create individual linen packs so housekeeping can “grab and go”.
Maintain site cleanliness, this would include walking the site first thing every morning and several times during the day removing debris, and greeting guests. This would include making sure all trash from condos is removed.
Have general maintenance capability’s that would include painting, fixing items that break in the park, changing air filters and replacing light bulbs when needed, etc.
Accommodate guest’s special needs providing items to guests such as high chairs, cribs etc.
Willing to be on call if there is an emergency in at the park such as a water line break or gas issue.
Check on the well-being of the RV Park during slow season.
Cover all Shifts at the Front desk. Scheduling FD shifts and coordinating time off
Would need to participate with washing, drying, and folding laundry when necessary, or cleaning a cabin should it be required.
Responsible for snow removal around office and public areas to provide clear paths for safe access to and from park sites.
Hosts must be available during business hours and after business hours

Training:
Training for this position will take place over an extended period of time with schedules, time lines and skillsets attained based on the individuals’ strengths.
This position(s) will report to the Director of Staffing
Job Types: Full-time, Contract – Couple please apply individually
Compensation: $63,000- $70,000.00 – per year / per couple
Housing: Housing is available; position requires staff to live on property – Rent will be discussed during for applicants who are asked to participate in a phone interview.

Housing: 2-bedroom unit on site with 1.5 bathrooms, washer dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and 1 TV.

Utilities to be included * electricity, gas, regular Wi-Fi, trash removal, cable TV, Housing is contingent on employment with Trout Haven Resorts
