Position : Restorative Nursing Assistant

Job Description : We are looking for a licensed CNA that has some experience in being a Restorative Nursing Assistant. This position is for a 12 hour shift, full time.
Here are the job duties but limited to as follows;

weighing residents weekly and monthly
knowing how to use a hoyer lift
range of motion and stretching resident
ambulating resident
helping at mealtimes feeding residents
follow the orders given from the therapists
maintain or regain physical, mental and emotional well-being
follows appropriate safety and hygiene measures at all times to protect themselves and the resident
demonstrates acceptable skill proficiency in those areas of restorative nursing that the facility has determined it will make available to its residents
complies with facility guidelines for documentation and physicians orders
relates well to residents, their families, and facilty staff
maintains equipment and supplies for treatment
maintains a professional attitude and appearance
is supporative of facility goals and objectives
