Overview of the Position:The Store Manager is a leader that plans and directs day-to-day operations of the store. Develops strategies to deliver exceptional brand and customer experiences, drives store sales, and increases profitability. Executes prAna marketing and promotional directives that will increase sales and grow our existing customer base. Collaborates and works with local communities for increased brand visibility, and community volunteer opportunities. Maintains high store standards and conditions while fostering a positive, inclusive environment. Forecasts staffing needs and develops a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas. The Store Manager develops diverse sales associates and supervisors to best prepare them to successfully obtain their career goals and company goals.
The Store Manager position requires a high degree of independent discretion, judgement, and decision making. Position is directly accountable for store results, operations, and supervision of the store team. Position is also accountable for high degree of collaboration and teamwork with functional departments from the company’s main office in Carlsbad
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
