Job Description : RECYCLE & WASTE ROUTE ATTENDANT

This position can be tailored to your specific needs in a part time job – and we pay weekly!
· The base pay is $33.00 per route ($16.50/hour or more) and you can work either one or two shifts (two or four hours) per night and the faster you work the more per hour that you make.
· If you own your own pickup truck, you will qualify for a $3.50/hour vehicle reimbursement, bringing your total pay to $40.00 per route ($20.00/hour or more).
· Based on what you choose, you will make an average between $714-$1,732 per month.
· We also have a variety of incentive programs that can add an additional $200 or more to your monthly compensation.
· Monthly total including incentives: approximately $914-$1932.
ZipEco Recycling & Waste is a recycle forward company that provides doorstep collection service to residents in high end apartment communities throughout the Phoenix area.
About the position:
Route attendants gather the recycling and bagged garbage from resident doorsteps and transfer the collection to the on-site compactor/recycling enclosure where it’s compacted or sorted into the appropriate bin.
· Route Attendants work five nights per week: Mon, Wed, Thur, Sat, Sun and have Tues and Fri off.
· Shift Times: 8PM-10PM, with the option of taking on a second shift from 10PM to Midnight- Pay is per unit and takes an average of 2 hours per route (or 4 hours for two routes).
· This is physically demanding work that involves walking up stairs and carrying 20-30 pounds back down.
· Customer service and recycling are important aspects of this position. If they are important to you then you are encouraged to apply.
