About The Opportunity
The Avaya Global Security (AGS) organization is dedicated to enabling Avaya to promote and maintain the trust of its customers, partners, and employees. AGS is seeking an experienced RSA Archer Administrator extremely capable of operating in a dynamic and highly responsive team. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with personnel at multiple levels of the business and comfortable with assuming responsibility for the development and delivery of RSA Archer solutions.
To be successful in this role you should have proven experience in:
Administration of the RSA Archer Platform,Designing, developing, and deploying RSA Archer solutions in non-production and production environments, andCollaborating with internal business teams to derive requirements for RSA Archer solutions.
About The Responsibilities
Daily monitoring of RSA Archer production systems (data feed execution, user access issues, etc.)Responding to and resolving end user issues with navigation, reporting, and operation of RSA Archer applications and questionnairesAssisting in the identification and remediation of application and questionnaire defectsParticipating in RSA Archer projects for new business solutions, solution enhancements, and defect resolutionParticipating in the development of requirements, design, testing, and end user documentationDesigning, developing, and deploying RSA Archer out-of-the-box and on-demand solutionsContributing to and collaborating on Avaya’s RSA Archer roadmapPerforming Risk Assessments within Archer as required.
About The Requirements
EXPERIENCE
RSA Archer Administration Certification requiredStrong experience in RSA Archer application and questionnaire design and developmentMulti-client consulting experience desiredPrior experience in Information/Computer Security and Risk Management is desiredExperience performing Risk Assessments in a highly paced organizationExperience with Qualys Policy Compliance module is a plus.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Strong expertise in the design and implementation of data driven events, calculations, Advanced Workflow, data feeds, and reportingSome familiarity with RSA Archer custom objects and integration with external data sources is desiredAbility to effectively communicate and engage with diverse business and technical teamsHigh level of competency in the development of technical, procedural, and end user documentationProven ability to work independently or as part of a team

Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
