Job Description : We are looking to expand our sales department!This is the chance for you to start your career off strong for the new year!Limitless Security is an international security company with many different devisions and departments. We will be operating in 4 countries full time in 2022.Being part of the sales team looks something like the following:Starting PositionTraining-InternThis position you are given a single city or area to do sales in. You only make Commission. This position lasts as long as required but to a maximum of 1 year. During this position status you have no set hours or required amount of hours. This is the training period where you will be able to be in the office as much as you want to work beside the Sales Director Of North America.Position level 2Sales AssociateThis position comes with a salary. In this position you are offered a company discount on car rentals through Enterprise. You are paid a salary every month on top of commission.This position allows you too have multiple cities to target to get your sales.Level ThreeSales Manager level 1This position comes with a strong salary and commission. You are provided a company car free of charge and insurance. You are able to sell anywhere in ontario and one other Provence. You have access to company properties in other countries too if you wish to travel. At this stage you will also be allowed to learn about international sales.Level Four:Sales Manager Level 2This gives you the ability to sell anywhere in Canada and begin having access to the USA. You have the benefits of the other positions but also you get invited to large contract meetings and training opportunities that the company pays for. You are offered a large salary and commission level. The Sales Director will invite you along side for meeting on growth and strategies. You will have a team under you who you can train and make 5% of their commission on top of yours. You have bonuses and targets.
