EXPECTATIONS
Responsible for leading team in order to reach company and personal goals
Responsible for conducting sales meetings and trainings
Attending ride alongs to observe performance
Evaluating and adjusting performance
Help team identify specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence
Leading and coaching team on how to communicate effectively
Learning company process, values, and services and coaching team on how to deliver the value of the company
Observes consulting encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Demonstrate leadership skills and coaching ability

Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and with external candidates

Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
