We have the tools, training, and experience to work fast without cutting corners or sacrificing quality.*Job Summary: *Ainger Group has an opening for a Sales Manager. This position reports to the Managing Director and will be located in Simcoe County**The Sales Manager is a key business partner and plays a critical role in achieving Ainger Group’s financial objectives. This position is responsible for creating strategic sales plans, achieving, and exceeding sales targets, and generating sales revenue through the effective management of sales leads and prospect development. The Sales Manager is a proven leader with an aptitude for building positive relationships, excellent communication skills and a love of selling.**Primary Responsibilities Include:**Establish and exceed annual sales targets.Develop and execute long term sales strategies that are focused on consistent year over year profitable growth.Effectively lead, manage, and negotiate customer negotiations. Ensure customer negotiated commitments are achieved according to plan.Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop business processes that support seamless execution against programs, while demonstrating an unwavering commitment to improving P&L metrics.Ensure the completion and accuracy of all required metrics; sales to target; prospect development etc. Monitor and explain sales performance variations and any necessary action plans.Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Identify and develop new business opportunities both within existing customers/channels and via new customers/channels.Build networks and spheres of influence through traditional marketing techniques, digital marketing, and social media.Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.Establish and maintain client relationships and channels through effective relationship management techniques.Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to existing and potential clients.Manage client relationships effectively; handling client concerns and complaints professionally and with the goal long of maintaining long standing profitable client relationships.Participate in sales conferences and events on behalf of Ainger Group.Desired Qualifications & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s or equivalent preferred.5 years of experience in Sales or National Account management.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings to prepare client estimates.Ability to prepare sales reports and monitor performance.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.Willing to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing required safety equipment.50% travel requirement.Strong financial planning acumen and P&L management rooted in analytics.Proficient in G Suite and customer relationship management tools (Cooper)Strong technical proficiency in the Roofing and Exteriors Industry**If this sounds like the right opportunity for you than we would love to hear from you!
