Job Description : Job descriptionSales order processing, Create sales orders, invoices and purchase orders.Provide After Sales Support to all channelsManage company webportal & IT updatesDevelop creative solutions for international sales and promotions.Develop computerized and/or online reports and proposals as part of sales presentations to illustrate benefits from use of product and/or solutions.Prepare and administer sales terms and conditions according to company policies.Provide ongoing after sales support to generate further sales.Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment sold with customers.Assist with sales transactions over the phone and through internet based e-commerce websites.General office duties.This position requires strong computer skills and intermediate skills using the following, excel, word, PowerPoint.Manage WTG website chat and phone requestsCollect lead details on wholesale customer request for product from online portals.Managing customer wholesale accounts and orders, order statuses and resolve issues, provide quotes for freight etc.Generate review and update AR Reports, e-commerce sales report details and provide details to accounting.Apply payments to invoices, issue credit notes and refund receipts.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentAdditional pay:Bonus paySchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Sales support: 1 year (preferred)
