Job Description : Position Summary:
This position will be Friday through Monday, 4 ten hour shifts. Perform the day to day management and distribution of samples and materials. Will be primarily responsible for logging samples and reference materials in and out and performing stability activities in compliance with standard operating procedures, safety, and cGMP regulations. Responsible for all associated documentation and for maintenance of stability/sample coordination areas. Must have good communication skills in order to foster good relationships with other departments and be able to work in teams as well as independently.

Position Responsibilities:

Receive , log in and distribute samples per SOP s, m aintain ing chain of custody.

Perform stability activities per SOP and approved study protocols including staging, pulling and distributing samples . Responsible for associated documentation and manage ment of pull schedules.

Maintain inventory, storage and ma intenance of samples and reference materials .

Review chamber monitoring system data routinely as per SOP. Act as a contact for monitoring system for sample and stability chambers . Assist in the investigation and resolution of any excursions or other deviations.

Maintain, organize and keep clean the sample management room and other work areas as required.

Assist with shipment of samples as requested following standard operating procedures.

Assure proper labeling, handling and storage of all chemicals used in the area and dispose of hazardous waste as required.

Recognize areas for improvement and share ideas to implement new ideas or systems.

Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

Required Experience:

HS and 4+ years, AS/ AA and 1+ years of industry or lab experience or equivalent.

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline and at least 1 year of applicable industry experience. Experience in a cGMP environment strongly preferred.

Salary Range : $42,000-62,000, based on experience.
